    Ambit AG and the german company audius GmbH cooperate strategically from now on. Ambit brings her solution for Wealth Relationship Management, audius GmbH their solutions and expertise in Field Service Management.

    This strategic cooperation enables more investment potential for finance products. Further we can expand our Private Banking Solution into Germany and Austria.

    Ambit announces a successful go-live for WMPartners Vermögensverwaltungs AG

    Eight months ago, WMPartners Vermögensverwaltungs AG (WMP) a subsidiary of the Julius Baer Group took decision to replace its legacy infrastructure by our Private Banking Solution (WRM) based on a number of key business drivers: 

    • WMP determined that the existing systems were becoming obsolete, failing to meet the current requirements, and not allowing it to efficiently manage the growing customer base.
    • WMP recognised that having a modern wealth industry standard in place is essential for it to be able to manage the impact of further regulatory and legal changes upon business processes.
    • WMP was aware that a successful completion of the technical merge from two units "Infidar Vermögensberatung AG" and "WMPartners Vermögensverwaltungs AG” is key to leverage potentials of both companies and to be in a position to continue to grow.

    Today, the launch of the project is successfully accomplished on time and on budget.
