
Assistant Professor
Amy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Biology and Saint Vincent’s School of Medical Technology with a Medical Technology degree. Β She later obtained her Master of Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Β Her professional career as a licensed and board-certified Medical Technologist started at Saint Vincent Hospital and ended at the Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital. Β Later she began her academic teaching career at Penn State Behrend, the Erie campus. Β She decided to move back to the industrial field and worked as a Food Technologist in Research and Development, later returning to academics at ΞΆΓάΘ¦ University to initially serve as the Program Director of the Medical Laboratory Technicians program and currently as an instructor of Chemistry.
